APIs & systems integration

Systems integration is connecting separate software tools so data moves between them automatically. AAGI builds APIs and integrations that link your platform with accounting, payments, maps and other systems, with two-way sync instead of manual CSV exports.

Questions

Common questions

What is the difference between an API and an integration?
An API is the interface a system exposes. An integration uses one or more APIs to move data between systems automatically.
Can you integrate with software that has no API?
Sometimes, through file exchange, email parsing or database access. We assess the options in discovery.
Is two-way sync risky?
It needs clear rules for which system owns each field and how conflicts are handled. We define those before building.
