This website is operated by Aatvaas Granger Internationals Inc. (“AAGI”, “we”, “us”), a software company that builds custom software and products such as MotorCoachX and MXBS. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It covers this website only. Our software products may have their own privacy terms, which apply when you use those products.
Information we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company name, if you provide it;
- the topic you select and the message you write.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started;
- prepare a proposal or estimate if you ask for one;
- protect the website and the contact form from spam and abuse.

Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us run this website, and only for that purpose:
- Mailgun delivers contact-form submissions to our team by email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person and not an automated bot. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device to do this.
- Our hosting provider serves the website and may process the technical data described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as those set by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.
How long we keep information
We keep contact-form messages and related email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them unless we are required to keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access within our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at support@aagicorp.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
International transfers
We work with clients in the United States and Canada, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where we transfer information, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
